I work with Mary Kay consultants who are Sales Directors and above.  You are probably juggling children, your household, your business, and possibly a partner.  You are likely to work by yourself however you may have one or two staff on the payroll.  You are in the process of taking your business to the next level and teaching your unit to do the same.  You love the idea of being in business because it allows you to have flexibility for your loved ones, contribute to the family budget and allows you to be true to your entrepreneurial spirit.
