Q. What is a Tele-Summit?

A. A tele-summit is an opportunity to hear world class speakers, just like a live event, with the added benefit that participants can attend from anywhere in the world without leaving their home or office.

Q. Will the speakers be speaking just to Mary Kay Sales Directors?

A. Yes! Each speaker will be offering his or her expertise in the context of your business. So, unlike going to hear them speak to a general audience, you will gain insight and knowledge that applies specifically to you and your business.

Q. How do I take part?

A. All you need to take part in the Summit sessions is a phone or your computer. To run the Summit, we use tele-conferencing technology to link you to all the experts and other participants using your landline phone.

You simply dial the tele-conference number, enter a pre-assigned code, and you are ready to roll! It’s really easy and all the relevant instructions will be sent to you prior to the event.

In addition we are using a state-of-the-art webcast technology. This will allow you to listen to each session in real time over your computer. It's a great way to save long distance charges, keep your phone line free and it makes it easy for our overseas directors to participate.

Q. Are there any additional costs to attend?

A. No! (Unless you wish to upgrade to a Gold or Silver Package.) The great thing about attending a virtual event is that there are no travel costs, no hotel bills, you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home. And with our webcast technology, you don't have to worry about long-distance charges either!

Q. Do I have to attend every session to benefit?

A. When you attend each session you get to experience all the action “live and uncut” and you have the opportunity to interact with the experts on the call. This level of inter-activity can really enhance your experience.

I also know that you are super busy and simply cannot devote 9 hours+ to hear every speaker. So, I am recording each call and will post that recording immediately so that you can listen to and benefit from each and every expert.

These recordings will only be available for 24 hours after each call. After that, they are gone - no exceptions!

Q. Are the CD’s available for separate purchase?

A. No. As part of my agreement with our world-class speakers, the CD’s are only available to Platinum level participants. CD sets will not be available for purchase after the event.

Q. I live outside of the US. Is there an affordable way for me to participate live in the Hot Pink Success Summit?

A. I am so glad you asked! We have teamed up with a wonderful technology company that will give us the ability to webcast each presenter live. You will also be able to instant message your questions for our presenters in real time. So if you have an internet connection wherever you are, you can benefit from LIVE participation.

Q. Can I upgrade the seat I reserved?

A. You absolutely can! And if you upgrade before the summit begins, you get to take advantage of the pre-summit special pricing (yeah for you!).

And here is a inside tip: the payment plan is going away on April 21, so if you want to grab a Platinum Seat using two easy payments, jump on that now.

Q. What if I decide I want to upgrade after the summit begins? Will I still be able to?

A. Of course. The Gold and Platinum seats will still be available once the summit begins. Just know that the pricing will go up the day the summit opens and no payment plan will be available.

Q. When will I get the call in/webcast information to access the Summit?

A. I will send that information out on Wednesday April 30. That way you don't have to keep up with it for 3 weeks! Remember, you will have two options for accessing the summit. You can call in on a traditional conference line or save yourself the long distance charges and access it through our live webcast (it's like listening to a live radio show over your computer and you will be able to type questions to the speakers).

Q. Will I be able to ask individual questions of each speaker?

A. You will! Next week I will send you an email asking you your most pressing questions for each speaker. Once I have compiled those I will forward them on to the speakers so they can prepare their answers. This is by far the most effective way to get your questions answered. We will only be able to take live questions during the summit if time allows.
